Nearly EIGHT MILLION Visits in 12 months!

Building upon our early growth rates (exceeding 100% per annum), J2Ski.com again served many more visitors than the previous season.

We are - according to Hitwise® (an independent Competitive Intelligence provider) - consistently one of the Top 3 Most Visited and the Fastest Growing UK Ski Site.

Traffic Growth - Sustained and Consistent

Due to the high quality, organic, nature of our traffic we have been able to maintain solid and consistent growth in visitor numbers since launch. Our traffic tripled, year-on-year, for each of the first three years, increased by 60% for the 2007/2008 Ski Season, and increased by over 15% in the challenging season of 2008/2009.

In the past twelve months we have served almost Eight Million Visits, and our mid-season traffic peak is almost Seventy Thousand visits in a single day (early January).

Hitwise® continuously measure the traffic to nearly 400 Snow Sports Web Sites visited by UK web surfers. Their "Snow Sports" category includes all the familiar names - the Ski Club of Great Britain, Igluski, Snow Forecast and now, of course, J2ski.com.

Hitwise has tracked our peak-season Market Share rising from below 2% (of all visits to Snow Sports Web Sites, by UK visitors) in February 2006 to exceed 10% by February 2008.

According to Hitwise®, J2Ski.com was consistently one of the Top 3 UK Snow Sports sites during the 2007/2008 Ski Season, and occupied the #2 position throughout the 2008/2009 season.

Six Million Visits in Six Months

In the six months from November 2008 through April 2009, J2Ski.com served more than Six Million Visitor Sessions (Visits) from over 4 Million unique addresses.

In the peak months of January and February 2009, J2Ski.com served more than 1,000,000 visits each month.

At peak season, one half of our daily traffic was identifiable repeat visits (i.e. identified with a previously set visitor cookie).

During the season, according to Alexa, J2Ski.com was regularly within the Top 50,000 of all websites in terms of traffic.
